2. Wedlock and Disability can be combined (Considered as )
within a single application.
3. A teacher can apply on disability basis only Time.
4.if the spouse is a government servant, Teacher can apply
for Transfer many times. If spouse is not Government Employer then application
can be submitted only one Time According to spouse CNIC permanent address
5.On Basis of divorce/widow application can be submitted any
number of times.
6. only be available for female teachers on the basis of
Widow and Divorce.
7. For wedlock, school’s preference should be the district
of the spouse.
8. When applying to transfer out from a school on
compassionate grounds, only this will continue to remain in effect.

Two teachers must be present primary schools.
·
A minimum
of 2 PSTs(science or arts)/ESE()must be present in primary section of Middle/high/higher secondary schools.
·
A minimum of 2 ESTs/SESEs (cadre wise) should be
present in elementary schools/High/Higher secondary schools.
·
A minimum of 1 SSTs/SSEs(subject wise) must be
present in secondary schools or higher secondary schools.
8. Male teachers can apply on wedlock, if their spouse is a
government Employer.
9. For teaches having tehsil and district cadre, across
district transfer can be done only on the basis of Divorce/Wedlock/Widow.
10.Using disability option Teacher having cadre of tehsil
and district, can apply within district Only.
11. compassionate applications of EST, SESE, SST and SSE
will be processed on the basis of
availability of initial recruitment quota of the
designation/subject in the destination district.
E transfer 2022
Mutual Application can not be done
if
Ø
Remaining service of any one teacher is less than
one year\
Ø
teacher’s pre-mature retirement application is
under process.
Ø
teacher’s promotion has not been accomplished on
SIS system after promotion.
Ø
anyone teacher has service tenure is less than
one year in the current school.
Ø
one of the two teachers failed to join within dates
mentioned the transfer order will be cancelled automatically.
Ø
Mutual Application can be done if
Ø
both teachers submit their applications.
Ø
teacher is applying for a mutual transfer,
he/she can’t apply at for open merit/compassionate ground.
Ø
both teachers complete the relieving/joining
process.
Ø
Applications can be processed within district
and other district
General Rules
Ø
Teachers can be submitted on promotions/open
merit / compassionate grounds/on disposal / on admin posts / surrendered.
Ø
Age should be less than 59 years.
Ø
males can apply to male school while females can
apply female schools.
Ø
Posts which have been blocked by department will
not be available for transfer.
Ø
During e transfer time framework, teacher can
change preferences many times if he/she wish.
Ø
During transfer phase applications can be withdrawn.
Ø
During verification, department can cancel the transfer
application.
Promotion base
Ø
Teacher can apply in the current school if seat
is available
Ø
Teachers promoted from 16 to 17 and above can
apply to any district
Ø
Teachers promoted to 15 Scale can apply on in
their current district
.Open Merit Applications.
Ø
The teacher who has spend at least one year in the current school can apply.
Ø
Across-district applications will only be
accepted from teachers of BPS 17 and above.
Teacher
requirements, schools have been divided into three categories

Category Red; Teachers required,so from this
school no one can go but can come
Ø
Category Orange: Teacher surplus,so teacher from
this school can apply only.
Ø
Category Green: No surplus, No required so no
can can go and come
